The Metiri Group expands into Michigan and adds new service lines of geoprobe drilling and subsurface investigations.
The Metiri Group, with laboratories in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and California, brings complementary analytical capabilities to support Fibertec’s clients, including PFAS, TO-15 air testing, and dioxins. The Metiri Group analyzes soil, air, and water with a broad set of State, NELAC (National Environmental Laboratories Accreditation Conference), and Federal certifications and accreditations.
The purchase of Fibertec supports Metiri’s ambition to be the first choice for environmental analytical laboratory services. Achieving this goal requires a commitment to nimble and responsive service, a broad scope of capabilities, and an ability to deliver top-quality results.
For over 30 years, Fibertec has operated three offices in Michigan as a specialized analytical environmental laboratory providing an exceptional level of client service. As part of this package, Fibertec provides geoprobe, environmental drilling, and other high-quality field services to support its clients' environmental needs. Fibertec has worked on thousands of projects ranging from residential to Federal sites.
The Fibertec team joins a growing family of Metiri employees who share this goal and look forward to demonstrating at an even larger scale to its clients.
“Fibertec has built an outstanding reputation for providing a very high level of client service experience,” says Metiri CEO Cabot Earle. “
Those values, which the Fibertec team models every day, align with our interests to serve our clients wherever they are, with whatever they need, and how they want it.
“As we move into the future, we look forward to continuing to build upon that strong legacy throughout the Great Lakes region and beyond.”
