Poised for Growth: Josh Richards Joins as Director of Business Development
We are excited to announce that Joshua Richards, PG, CHMM, has joined Metiri Group as our new Director of Business Development.
Josh is a results-driven leader with over 18 years of experience in environmental consulting, laboratory services, and technical sales leadership. In his previous role as Sales Manager, he led a high-performing team across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, managing over $34M in revenue and delivering consistent year-over-year growth. Josh’s background also includes national program management in petroleum forensics, isotopic analysis, and remediation efficiency, as well as nearly a decade at Golder Associates as both a project geologist and business development leader.
A licensed Professional Geologist in both Florida and Indiana and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Josh brings a strategic, client-centered approach to business development. His deep understanding of the environmental and regulatory landscape, combined with his expertise in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, positions him to deliver significant value for Metiri Group.

As Director of Business Development, Josh will play a pivotal role in strengthening our growth initiatives, expanding client relationships, and supporting sales and technical teams across key sectors.
